Senior Data Scientist, Identity Graph

📋 Description

• Own the identity graph's diagnostic, architecture, and end-to-end implementation.
• Map and understand the current pipeline; drive near-term wins and testing infra.
• Design and run structured POCs with external partners; guide build-vs-buy.
• Detect, filter, and remediate bad data to improve graph quality.
• Own production deployment, monitoring, and iteration with Data Eng.
• Translate complex findings into clear leadership-ready narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science, ML, or research with identity graphs.
• Identity graph expertise: deterministic/probabilistic linking, dedup.
• Data quality and bad data detection in large datasets.
• Strong Python and SQL; production-grade pipelines; testing and VCS.
• Research rigor: reproducible experiments and evaluation metrics.
• Analytical communication to cross-functional leadership.
• Bachelor's in a quantitative field; Master’s/PhD preferred.
