📋 Description

• Own end-to-end ML problems from prototype to production.
• Build ML systems for personalization and coverage surfacing.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, legal, and privacy.
• Ship ML models and data pipelines at scale (batch and real-time).
• Prototype quickly; turn ideas into working models.
• Present findings to team and executives; explain complex results.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in ML, data science; Masters or PhD with 2+ yrs in field.
• Hands-on experience building personalization and recommendation systems at scale; feature engineering and full ML lifecycle.
• Strong Python and SQL; experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, Airflow, and data warehouse.
• Deep ML algorithms, experiment design; A/B testing; causal inference a plus.
• Exceptional communicator; explain ML to engineers, PMs, and executives.
• Self-directed and product-minded; publications a plus.
