Launch data-driven products to help guests and hosts.
Write Python/SQL/R to model, simulate, and measure the impact of features for guests and hosts.
Analyze structured or unstructured data to produce actionable insights.
Present findings to leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years experience with BS/MS; 2+ years with PhD.
Experience with experimentation and causal observational analysis.
Experience partnering with product, engineering, and design to enable data-driven product development.
Experience prototyping, building, and scaling derived data assets.
Strong SQL and Python or R coding skills.
Strong oral and written communication; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences. Work authorization and travel may apply.
Nice to have: experience with geospatial data, LLMs, or NLP approaches.
