Senior Data Scientist, Growth Product

📋 Description

• Partner with Growth Product and Engineering to drive impact across the member journey.
• Own funnels end-to-end; design and analyze A/B tests; translate questions to actions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and lifecycle marketing to foster a data-driven product culture.
• Build metrics for funnels, engagement, and retention; inform experiments.
• Develop dbt pipelines; improve data quality and accessibility of customer data.
• Translate analytic findings into executive-ready narratives to align teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in product or business analytics (FinTech a plus).
• Expert-level SQL and proficiency in Python.
• Applied statistics, experimental design, A/B tests; ML for business use cases.
• Trusted advisor to senior cross-functional partners; influence decisions with data.
• Proactive problem discovery; explore data and spot opportunities.
• Strong business intuition with prioritization frameworks (RICE, Eisenhower).
• Data storytelling and visualization; experience with Looker and Hex.
• Familiarity with building data pipelines using dbt or Airflow.
