Senior Data Scientist (GenAI focus) - Technology

📋 Description

• Design and execute AI/ML models – fine-tuned LLMs and RAG.
• Lead experimentation: hypotheses, tests, analyze results.
• Serve as SME for GenAI/LLM tools from architecture to deployment.
• Productionize models with software/data eng; CI/CD with MLOps/LLMOps.
• Stay current on AI methods like agentic workflows and embeddings.
• Promote AI adoption by educating cross-functional partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science/ML engineering or related analytics.
• Production deployment experience; ideally with LLMs/GenAI.
• Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks and GenAI stacks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers, OpenAI).
• Experience with domain-specific datasets and fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, and agentic reasoning (ReAct, AutoGPT).
• Comfortable with MLOps/LLMOps practices: versioning, tracking, deployment, monitoring.
