🎯 Requirements
- Degree (or PhD) in STEM or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record deploying production ML models with measurable impact.
- Translate ML concepts into practical product solutions; communicate to non-technical peers.
- Write production-grade code and participate in code reviews.
- Experience across full ML lifecycle: analysis, feature engineering, prototyping, validation, live A/B testing.
- Experience with GCP and Vertex AI.
