- Design and analyze ranking experiments across Home/Membership/Post/Niches with ML engineers.
- Conduct exploratory analyses to surface hypotheses on feed health and discovery.
- Develop feed health and engagement dashboards with drill-downs by surface and platform.
- Partner with Product and ML Engineering to prioritize experiments and measure CTR/TPV.
- Be a cultural and technical leader on the data science team.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience on content feed / ranking system / recommendation platform; retrieval and scoring tradeoffs.
- Expert in experimentation and AB testing; strong statistical inference.
- Experience building metrics and reporting infrastructure (dashboards, data quality pipelines, alerting).
- SQL expert with Python or R for analyses; strong analytical thinking.
- Excellent collaboration with product, ML Eng, and Data Eng teams.
