📋 Description

• Develop personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns using predictive models.
• Design and deploy targeted data pipelines and ML models for campaigns.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to attribute best variants in real time.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to reduce medical costs.
• Report progress to the Senior Director, Data Science; cross-functional.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in an industry or quantitative field.
• 3+ years SQL, R, and/or Python for data querying and analysis.
• 3+ years building data models and applying advanced analytics.
