Senior Data Scientist, Credit Underwriting

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain credit risk and repayment models.
• Design predictive features from transaction data.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize models in production (AWS/Snowflake).
• Build prototypes of new modeling methods for evaluation.
• Analyze credit performance; identify drift and issues.
• Communicate insights to product, risk, and engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data science and ML.
• Led end-to-end DS projects from research to deployment.
• Experience building/productionizing credit or risk models.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
• Strong SQL; experience with large transactional/time-series data.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
