🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Data Science, esp. B2C/consumer growth.
• SQL and Python/R; ETL pipelines (dbt, Snowflake/BigQuery); Looker.
• Statistical rigor: hypothesis testing and causal inference.
• Comfort with a 0→1 mindset and messy data.
• Business intuition: link metrics to user pain points.
• High agency as the first data hire.
