📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and deep dives on ambiguous problems for our business.
• Own a broad scope of data and metrics, from core logging to visualizations.
• Guide code reviews, provide SQL and Python expertise, and create ETL jobs.
• Define metrics, build measurement and causal frameworks, and translate insights into product decisions.
• Maintain high statistical rigor; ensure experiments and causal analyses are robust.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in a quantitative field (Math, Stats, Physics, or CS) with ≥5+ years experience or PhD with ≥3+ years.
• Proven track record delivering impactful data science projects on ambiguous problems.
• Ability to influence external stakeholders by synthesizing learnings into stories.
• Practical expertise applying complex modeling frameworks to real business problems.
• Professional experience using SQL and Python.
• Experience with digital products in an iterative development cycle.
