🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science with strong Python and SQL.
- Deep experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, segmentation, and experimentation.
- Strong IC who can build from the ground up and scale a function.
- Move fast and ship iteratively; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong communicator translating complex analysis for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with engineering to productionalize models (MLOps, CI/CD for ML).
