📋 Description

• Build, improve, and maintain ML models for personalization and fraud controls.
• Create reliable data pipelines and features for model development.
• Develop, deploy, monitor batch and real-time models.
• Stay current on AI/ML developments and select best approaches.
• Write clean, documented, versioned code for model work.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to improve data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of DS & ML in fintech or payments.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Proven ability to ship production models and drive business value.
• Experience building feature pipelines; strong SQL and Python.
• Hands-on end-to-end deployment; monitoring, drift, A/B tests.
• Owns models in production with financial/compliance impact.
• Proficiency in modern AI, ML, statistics, probabilistic methods.
