Own and evolve data ecosystem (Snowflake + dbt) and data accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs, metrics, reporting
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the company
Lead process-improvement initiatives to increase accuracy and efficiency
Foster a culture of rigorous, data-informed decision making

🎯 Requirements

Clear communication skills with all levels of technical ability
5+ years of data analytics experience with impact
Fluency in SQL
Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment
Bachelor’s in a quantitative field
Experience with dbt
Experience with Python
Experience in energy trading or deregulated markets (ERCOT/ISO-NE/NYISO/PJM)
