📋 Description

• Scale Growth: drive user growth and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with lifecycle marketing and UA to optimize the funnel.
• Lead experimentation, causal inference, and ML for growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in data science, ML, or analytics focused on growth.
• Expert in causal inference, A/B testing, and statistical modeling.
• ML models for segmentation, personalization, predictive analytics.
• Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) + SQL.
• Experience with Spark, AWS, Databricks; geospatial data a plus.
• Bachelor's in Data Science/CS/Statistics or related field.
