🎯 Requirements
- BS in CS/Data Science/Math/Engineering; MS/PhD preferred
- 5+ years as Data Scientist/ML Engineer; customer-facing preferred
- Python (Pandas) and ML libs; SQL; ML pipelines; model deployment
- Modular, well-documented code; Git, CI/CD, testing; code reviews
- Nice-to-have: DevOps tools (Airflow, Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP); ETL
- Customer-facing: comfortable with clients; translate tech to business value
