🎯 Requirements
- Advanced degree (Masters/PhD) in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or OR
- 5+ years industry experience in applied data science (MS); 4+ years (PhD)
- Platform experience and deep understanding of the ads ecosystem
- Strong statistical modeling, ML, causal inference, and experimental design
- Experience with Spark, Hadoop, or Hive; BigQuery a plus
- Python or R and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
