📋 Description

• Actively analyze data to identify customer problems and opportunities.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to shape roadmaps and measure impact.
• Design, build, and ship production-grade predictive/descriptive models.
• Define experiments, benchmarking, and forecasting approaches.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Own data features from ideation to deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Data Scientist.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling.
• Experience building production models.
• Production-ready Python code experience.
• Solid statistics and experimentation understanding, Bayesian preferred.
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
