Senior Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Build ML and GenAI systems from research to production.
• Surface threats in customers' environments using models.
• Design AI-powered tools to speed up analysts.
• Communicate what/why/how of work to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across operations, engineering, and service delivery to deploy/monitor ML.
• Mentor and coach other data scientists and curious non-DS colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional DS experience shipping models in production.
• Traditional ML: classification, regression, anomaly detection, time series.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval/grounding (embeddings).
• Experience building/contributing to LLM-powered agentic systems (LangChain/LlamaIndex).
• Strong Python and SQL; pandas, numpy; plotting with Plotly/Seaborn/Matplotlib.
• Stats fundamentals: distributions, hypothesis tests, probability; know when simple model fits.
