📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ML model development from research to production.
• Collaborate with product, data, and software teams to build data-driven solutions.
• Research and implement ML, deep learning, causal inference, and RL for healthcare.
• Contribute to ML infra for scalability, reliability, reproducibility, and performance.
• Explore Generative AI, LLM-based systems, and AI-agent architectures.
• Design and interpret A/B tests to measure model and feature impact.
• Mentor teammates and share best practices across the Data Science org.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on production ML model development.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong Python proficiency with production-grade practices.
• Deep understanding of statistics, causal inference, and experimental design.
• Experience with ML frameworks: scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration.
