🎯 Requirements

7+ years as a Data Scientist, or 3+ years with a PhD.
Strong track record leading end-to-end ML projects.
Comfort with imbalanced/adversarial data, noisy labels.
Full ownership of projects from idea to production, collaborating with Eng.
Experience in Generative AI, AI-agents, and language models.
Experience with large-scale data pipelines, Cloud, and MLOps.
