Senior Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Lead data science projects from start to finish with KPI-driven scope and cadence
• Deliver segmentation and predictive models to drive revenue through automated bonus spend
• Improve understanding of customer value, behaviors, and promotion effectiveness
• Create and evolve models that solve business problems with KPI improvements
• Develop features from behavior data for analysis, segmentation, and modeling
• Communicate insights with clear visuals and explanations of results and biases

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years data science or analytics experience
• 3+ years building/deploying complex ML models
• Strong quantitative analysis skills; expert SQL; large datasets in Excel
• Proficiency in Python, R, and programming languages (C#, VBA)
• Strong communication and presentation skills to non-technical stakeholders
• Tableau data visualization experience desirable
• Undergraduate degree in a numerate or technical field
