📋 Description

• Identify, scope, and deliver high-impact projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maximize impact and adoption.
• Clearly communicate insights and business implications to diverse audiences.
• Develop frameworks and measurement approaches for complex questions.
• Apply rigorous analytical and causal inference methods (experimentation, IV, panels).
• Design, build, and maintain shared DS tooling and assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in economics, analytics, or data science.
• Proficiency with empirical econometrics toolkit (experimentation; causal inference such as IV).
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Proficiency with R or Python, including strong data visualization skills.
• Strong communication skills: explain complex methods to varied audiences.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work with senior leadership.
