Senior Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Partner with product, engineering, and design to answer business questions with data.
• Define and monitor product KPIs and drivers to improve the product.
• Mature data foundations: logging, pipelines, trusted tables.
• Lead experiments and data-driven decision making across teams.
• Develop data foundations and ML capabilities; roadmap for pipelines.
• Use Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, Fivetran to empower analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in data science or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience mentoring and building a collaborative data science practice.
• Expertise in applied statistics, segmentation, and experimentation (A/B testing).
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
