🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field (stats, math, econ, CS, engineering)
6+ years analytics experience driving key business decisions
Proven ability to work independently and engage stakeholders
Significant experience with SQL
Strong understanding of statistics and experimentation design (regression, decision trees)
Proficiency in R or Python and scripting
