📋 Description

• Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Use causal inference when randomization isn't feasible.
• Build models for product decisions and learner segmentation.
• Measure treatment effects and guardrails for experiments.

• Apply psychometrics to measure learning outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Economics, Stats, CS, Cognitive Science, Psychometrics, Educational Measurement, or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience applying data science to product/business problems.
• Expert SQL and advanced Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn).
• Deep statistics background: inference, hypothesis testing, causal inference, Bayesian methods.
• Experience designing/analyzing large-scale controlled experiments (A/B tests).
• Production ML: feature engineering, model validation, monitoring.
