📋 Description

• Evaluate and integrate Vision Language Models into scalable cloud pipelines.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for model quality across use cases.
• Optimize end-to-end inference cost, latency, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams on CV features (safety/compliance/geospatial).
• Lead research on VLMs and foundation models for product impact.
• Mentor teammates and document architectures and experiments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in data science, CV or ML roles.
• BS in Data Science/Math/CS/Stats; Masters is asset.
• Production CV/video analytics pipelines in Python.
• VLMs/multi-modal models and cloud inference (Ray/Vertex AI/Azure).
• SQL with BigQuery/Spark.
• Evaluation framework design with ensembles and ground truth.
