🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years building and deploying data science/ML systems in production.
- Strong foundations in statistics, ML, experimentation, and causal inference.
- Production-grade coding, debugging, and maintainable code.
- End-to-end ownership from problem definition to deployment and support.
- Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
