📋 Description

• Deliver rigorous analysis and predictive models for product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in-house data scientist with measurable impact.
• Proficient in Python or R; strong SQL for analytics. Python preferred.
• Built, validated, deployed predictive models with impact.
• Strong cross-team and exec partnership.
• Focus on quality writing and creator analytics; publishing exp a plus.
• ML engineering, dbt, or data engineering experience a plus; versatile.
