Senior Data Product Manager (AI Insurance SaaS)

📋 Description

• Own data products lifecycle from discovery to launch and improvement.
• Define vision/strategy for data driven features, analytics platforms, or AI/ML.
• Translate customer and business needs into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to scope and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Prioritize by customer value, business impact, and feasibility.
• Define success metrics and use data to guide iterations.

🎯 Requirements

• Actuarial or data science background strongly preferred.
• 3–5+ years in actuarial/analytical roles or B2B SaaS.
• Strong ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to define, launch, and iterate on products used by real customers.
• Experience building data products, analytics platforms, or ML/AI features.
• Experience partnering with data science or data engineering teams.
