Senior Data Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the data platform infra end-to-end: security, usability, performance.
• Collaborate with analytics ML and software teams to meet needs.
• Design tooling, pipelines, and governance interfaces for easy dev.
• Move alerting left to reduce failures at the source.
• Analyze data production patterns; plan best solutions for sources.
• Document runbooks, architecture decision records, and system docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in data infra/engineering; SQL, Python, Terraform, Bash.
• 4+ years in modern data stacks; BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift.
• 2+ years building production data pipelines (ELT, streaming).
• Proven to turn scrappy data infra into production-grade platforms.
• Bias toward action; ship incrementally; own outcomes.
• Able to own high-level business needs and craft technical solutions.
