- Lead data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading.

- Define and implement data mapping and migration rules with functional teams.
- Plan migration cycles including dry runs, rehearsals, and cutovers.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, reconciliation, and auditability.
🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience in data migration projects, specifically to Dynamics 365.
- Strong hands-on expertise with SSIS, including KingswaySoft Toolkit.
- Experience building pipelines with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Azure ecosystem experience (Azure SQL, Blob Storage, DevOps).
- Strong SQL skills (querying, performance tuning, data validation).
- Experience with complex data models, large datasets, multiple sources.
