- Lead data conversion projects from inception to completion with data integrity.
- Gather requirements with the team and customers for client mgmt and portfolio data.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and cleansing to meet specs.
- Validate and resolve variances between source data and Ridgeline data.
- Coordinate with PMs and consultants to identify onboarding dependencies.
- Partner with Data Science to automate processes and improve accuracy.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 5+ years of experience within the investment management industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, asset management, and data workflows.
- In-depth knowledge of portfolio accounting systems and performance measurement.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills; translate technical concepts.
- Strong experience in SQL, ETL tools, and MS Excel.
