Senior Data Governance - CIB SME (Markets, FSS, Banking)

📋 Description

• Support Business Change Lead in driving change delivery between Group and B&F.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and tailor communications with the Mercury Change team.
• Lead project admin activities for B&F change initiatives.
• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for AI-enabled metadata management.
• Align metadata initiatives with data quality, governance, lineage, and regulatory compliance.
• Translate business/regulatory requirements into functional metadata use cases.
• Provide leadership in metadata governance across risk/finance reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management skills with influence across Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Technology.
• Experience translating requirements into metadata use cases for platforms.
• Deep knowledge of metadata management: data lineage, cataloging, glossary, ownership.
• Familiarity with BCBS 239, Basel III, GDPR, AML and data privacy obligations.
• Experience with AI/ML in metadata management: automated lineage, discovery, classification.
• Proficiency in agile product management (Scrum) and backlog management.
