- Strong analytical intuition to turn questions into structured analyses.
- Experience with data viz tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Proficient with Airflow and dbt; design and maintain ELT/ETL workflows.
- Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments; clear communicator.
