- Serve as senior technical anchor for Axon's Corporate Data Platform; set quality bar.

- Mentor engineers; drive code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and tooling standards.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, software, or modern data platforms.
- Hands-on with Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran; Elementary/Sigma/CI/CD a plus.
- Proficiency with AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code for daily development.
- Strong data modeling, SQL, testing, observability, and performance optimization.
- Experience with data governance, data quality frameworks, auditability, or SOX.
- Senior IC owning complex problems and influencing architecture and quality.
