📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines from diverse sources.
• Develop data models for analytics and merchandising optimization.
• Build scalable pipelines with SparkSQL/Scala and Airflow.
• Collaborate with data scientists, PMs, and engineers to define data needs.
• Contribute to Airbnb Data Eng standards and tooling.
• Improve data quality with internal tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of data engineering experience.
• BE/BTech in CS or a related technical field.
• Distributed data platforms: Spark, Kafka, Flink, HBase.
• Proficient in Java, Scala, or Python; SQL.
• ETL schedulers: Airflow, Luigi, Oozie, AWS Glue.
• Data warehousing concepts; PostgreSQL/MySQL/Redshift/BigQuery.
