- Build and maintain production data pipelines in cloud warehouses (BigQuery or similar).
- Design and develop dbt models across bronze, silver, gold with tests.
- Create and optimize Airflow DAGs for data workflows, scheduling, and alerts.
- Model dimensional data and data marts to support clinical BI and ML features.
- Develop dashboards in Looker or other BI tools with stakeholders.
- Integrate healthcare data (EHRs, Stripe, APIs) and enforce HIPAA handling.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on data engineering or analytics engineering
- 2+ years in healthcare industry with domain knowledge
- HIPAA: PHI/PII classification, masking, auditing, RBAC
- Production experience with BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift and advanced SQL
- Strong dbt (Core or Cloud) with incremental models and tests
- Deep experience with Apache Airflow for DAGs, scheduling, monitoring
