Partner with data architects, scientists, and analysts to meet data needs.
Establish data quality, governance, security, and compliance practices.
Automate data cleaning, validation, and enrichment workflows.
Mentor junior engineers and influence data platform strategy.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of data engineering experience.
Deep expertise in Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
Advanced SQL and strong relational/columnar DB experience.
Proficiency with orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, Luigi).
Backend programming with Python, Java, or Node.js.
Experience designing data models for operational and analytical use cases.
