Define and lead data migration from BigQuery/Athena/PySpark to Snowflake
Design, develop, and implement ELT pipelines with Airflow and dbt in Snowflake
Build data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data quality
Architect scalable Snowflake data models; optimize performance and cost
Lead and mentor the data engineering team; establish best practices and CI/CD
Communicate plans, progress, and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering
5+ years data engineering; 3+ leadership
Deep expertise in data migration projects (cloud DWs)
Snowflake: performance tuning and cost optimization
dbt mastery for modeling, transformation, testing, and documentation
SQL and Python; Airflow; familiar with PySpark/Athena/BigQuery; English fluency
