Build and operate the end-to-end CDC streaming platform (Debezium, Kafka, Flink)
Own streaming infra (Kafka, Flink) with Terraform/Atmos IaC across regions
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the CDC streaming platform
Define and enforce pipeline reliability standards
Instrument and maintain end-to-end observability for the streaming
Build self-service tooling and runbooks for onboarding new CDC sources

🎯 Requirements

4+ years building prod-grade event streaming pipelines
Strong Kafka knowledge: topics, consumer groups, retention, replay, schema
Experience with CDC tooling (Debezium, DMS)
Hands-on with Apache Flink
IaC skills with Terraform or Atmos; multi-account multi-region
Experience building and evolving CI/CD pipelines
