Senior Data Center Security Initiatives Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end deployment of physical security systems across multiple data centers (WIDS).
• Oversee cross-functional deployment with Security Design, Networking, GSOC, Ops, and vendors.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, milestones, and metrics for leadership visibility.
• Ensure deployments comply with security standards, privacy, legal reviews, and customer requirements.
• Develop standardized PM templates and RACI matrices for repeatable delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of PM/TPM experience in physical security deployments.
• Strong technical understanding of Access Control, VMS, IDS, and ISO 27001/SOC 2.
• Proficient in PM methodologies to manage complex cross-functional programs.
• Proven ability to develop detailed plans, budgets, milestones, and risk management.
• Excellent ability to navigate ambiguity and align stakeholders.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, PSP, or CPP preferred.
