🎯 Requirements

- Strong SQL and modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Tableau).
- Experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Amplitude/Pendo, Zendesk.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Understanding SaaS metrics (NRR, GRR, ARR, retention) and customer health scoring.
