🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience delivering public safety software testing, training, and implementation.
- Ability to operate independently on high-visibility projects.
- Experience mentoring or technically leading peers.
- Proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio and Power BI, with AI tooling familiarity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science/data analytics (preferred).
- Must pass CJIS background check and maintain confidentiality.
