Senior Data Analyst, Product

📋 Description

• Partner semi-embedded with PFM product, design, and engineering to own analytics end-to-end.
• Lead high-impact ad hoc analyses to surface opportunities/risks in member behavior and product.
• Design and analyze experiments without turnkey tooling; specify methodology and evaluation code.
• Advance experimentation rigor with standards for eventing, cohorts, and templates.
• Enable self-service analytics with dashboards, metrics, and reusable queries.
• Build trust with product leadership and cross-functional partners; communicate tradeoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in data analytics and scalable self-service analytics.
• 7+ years in data analytics with product team collaboration.
• Advanced experimentation analytics; design analyses in code when tooling is not turnkey.
• Analytics must be accurate, complete, and timely; a strategic asset with risk if numbers are wrong.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional relationship building.
• Collaborate strategically with product managers; not a ticket taker.
