Own analytics for the Offers Management Platform
Understand how offers are requested, saved and distributed
Translate complex system behaviour into metrics and models
Design system-level experimentation strategies where standard A/B testing may not apply
Apply causal inference techniques (diff-in-diff, PSM) to evaluate impact
Build scalable data models, dashboards, and monitoring

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of hands-on data-driven product decisions
Strong experience with experimentation (non-traditional A/B tests)
Solid practical knowledge of causal inference methods
Excellent SQL skills and data modeling experience
Strong Python or R skills for statistical analysis
Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical systems
