- Strong grasp of marketing experimentation lifecycle (design, analysis, A/B).
- Strong stats knowledge: regression, CV modeling, A/B testing, MMM.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, or Hex.
- Familiarity with CRM/Martech tools (Iterable, HubSpot, Eppo).
