- Strong SQL skills and data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Understanding of tracking and attribution: cookies, UTM parameters, identity resolution.
- Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B, multivariate).
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into commercial recommendations.
