🎯 Requirements

5+ years healthcare data experience (claims/clinical)
2+ years in value-based care
Advanced SQL and data modeling
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Familiarity with medical economics, risk algorithms, and quality data
Experience with dbt, Redshift, Snowflake, Looker
Experience with QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI
