Senior Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Extract performance data from Yardi, Salesforce, and internal DBs using SQL queries and data exports.
• Use Databricks to ingest structured and unstructured data for investment analysis and reporting.
• Transform and normalize data to unified datasets for performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual handling.
• Prepare data files for NCREIF (NFI) and MSCI benchmark submissions under the Data Steward's direction.
• Support AUM/EUM data collection, ensuring completeness and accuracy of reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–4 years in data analysis, financial reporting, or investment operations; internships considered for entry-level.
• Exposure to private equity, real estate, or alternative investments preferred; asset management experience valued.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statement concepts.
• Progress toward or interest in CFA, CAIA, or CPA designation.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization (Domo, Power BI, Tableau); Python or R preferred.
